Many of us enjoy spending time outdoors in nature, whether it be hiking in a forest, gardening, or taking a walk in the park. But can these experiences have real effects on how we think and feel? Research has shown that interacting with nature can have a positive impact on our cognitive abilities and mood. Come and hear about these fascinating findings from Dr. Marc Berman of the University of Chicago, a leading researcher in the field. Sponsored by the Robert H. ‘Bob’ Keith Endowment for Arboretum education programs
