Join us for an exceptional opportunity to make shared sense of our current reality and gain skills to thrive, inspired by the pioneering work of Joanna Macy, with three inspiring speakers:
- Anne Symens-Bucher – Co-Founder of Canticle Farm, Facilitator Work that Reconnects and Active Hope; Joanna’s personal assistant
- Kit Miller, – Director of the M. K. Gandhi Institute for Non-Violence in Rochester, N.Y.
- Adelaja Simon – permaculturist at Canticle Farm, Co-Facilitator Active Hope
Friday Evening Talk – May 1, 7:30-9pm: Nurturing Organic Community. Examples from Canticle Farm (Oakland C.A.) and M.K. Gandhi Institute for Nonviolence (Rochester, N.Y.) $15.
Saturday Workshop – May 2, 9:30am-4:30pm: Nurturing Emotional Intelligence: Compassionate Communication (from the work of Marshall Rosenberg) $100.
Sunday Workshop – May 2, 9:30am-4:30pm: Nurturing a Shift in Consciousness: The Work that Reconnects (from the work of Joanna Macy) $100.

Our hope is to make the opportunities available to all. We have established an average fee including HST. If you can offer more we are grateful to allow partial scholarships for others when circumstances require it. Complete workshop $200.
